SponsorDaddy Launches New 3 Step Network Marketing Success System

July 29th, 2009 by truth in Uncategorized · No Comments

Today Sponsordaddy announced their brand new .me 3 step network marketing success system.

The 3 Step Success System is also the third powerful marketing website to be added to their ever growing portfolio of MLM Tools.

The diversity of marketing websites now makes it even easier for any network marketer  to build their primary network marketing business with SponsorDaddy.

The 3 marketing websites consist of:

  • http://YOURUSERNAME.sponsordaddy.net - For those network marketers who choose to lead with the industry
  • http://YOURUSERNAME.sponsordaddy.com - For those network marketers who choose to lead with their primary network marketing business (Can be converted into a complete custom branded system for under $200)
  • http://YOURUSERNAME.sponsordaddy.me - a simple 3 step system that explains how SponsorDaddy will help you build your business

So why the new system?

Keeping it simple for duplication.

While some SponsorDaddy members will be more than comfortable with the first 2 systems, the .me takes SponsorDaddy and Duplication to a whole new level.

The .net site gives a thorough explaination of the system and the .com provides tons of value and resources, especially for network marketers new to the business.

The .me site, however, sells the system.

All you need to do is feed your dot me.

The rest of the process and marketing funnel simply falls into place.

Who is this system for?

Any network marketer who wants to build their business online without getting caught up in too much of the technical jargon. It's also the perfect way for successful network marketers to double their income doing exactly what they are currently doing.

To find out more what the .me site is all about, tour the 3 step success system here.

Why You Should NEVER Promote Your Facebook ‘Vanity’ Username

June 19th, 2009 by George in Uncategorized · facebook · george fourie · No Comments

Facebook Vanity Username

The buzz about Facebooks Vanity URL’s (usernames) seems like complete old news if you have been glued to the endless conversations and Facebook vanity link sharing on Twitter.

While some social media enthusiasts are plastering there new Facebook Vanity URL’s as far as they can across the web, others are continuing to focus on simply promoting their own brands.

I was reminded about this by John Chow from a recent tweet, but I originally grabbed this great tip from James Shramko at the World Internet Summit.

It’s ridiculously simple, yet once it sinks in, it strikes a mild ‘aha’ moment.

Better to know this now before you experience something as inconvenient as the new famous Youtube slap.

So What’s the Anti-Vanity and Anit-Social-Slapping tip?

  • Use your own domain names or redirect URL’s to promote your social media sites.

At this point you might be saying: “Duh!”, but think about that for just a minute.

How many times do we see social sites change their policies? Or, even worse, do a complete disappearing act and decide to call it a day like Pounce did?

Recently, about four or five top marketers that I know of had their Youtube accounts shut down with very little to no explanation.

Think about all those backlinks that point to YourSocialSite.com/YourUsername?

Whereas, if you had simply promoted your own domain with a redirect or link, e.g. http://thatMLMbeat.com/youtube, you still have the control over the links.

In the unfortunate event of you losing your account or the site shutting down, you still have the power to redirect the traffic to a video site or social profile of your choice.

Simple, sweet, yet very powerful.

I’m sure that using a redirect URL like I did above can have some SEO benefits leak through to your main domain as well, but not to sure on that one.

In my honest opinion, this blogging platform together with the training far exceeds ANY of the monthly investments with Sponsordaddy.

Mmm, maybe that sounds a little biased because I’m doing the training! (LOL!) But the information that will be included with the MLM blog training has cost me in excess of thousands of dollars.

That’s without mentioning the monthly memberships I belong to stay in the loop and filter all the information through to all members of SponsorDaddy.

The goal would be for you to have the necessary tools and quick start blog training so that you can hit the road running.

But nevertheless, having the power of the community, you will be able to establish social proof and testimonials for yourself within a very short period of time.

Pretty powerful! Yet, bare in mind that we are not promoting a push button process here as know magical button is able to build the key relationships you need for MLM Success. We all know that of course.

Being part of the community though will enable you to claim your expertise status a lot quicker and will allow you to automate a ton of stuff that has other MLM bloggers tied to the screen for hours on end.

Major Risks of Outsourcing – When the Cons Outway the Pros

June 10th, 2009 by George in advantage disadvantage outsourcing · advantages and risks of outsourcing · advantages of outsourcing · benefits and disadvantages of outsourcing · definition of outsourcing · disadvantages of outsourcing · effects of outsourcing jobs · facts and figures on outsourcing · george fourie · history of outsourcing · hr outsourcing · india outsourcing · is outsourcing jobs bad · major risks of outsourcing · outsourcing · outsourcing jobs to foreign countries · outsourcing services · outsourcing statistics · outsourcing to philippines · pros and cons of outsourcing · pros and cons of outsourcing jobs · pros cons of outsourcing · statistics on outsourcing · what are some negative effects of outsourcing · what is outsourcing · No Comments

Major Risks of OutsourcingUntil a few weeks ago I never really took notice of any major risks with outsourcing. Yes, there are pros and cons of and sometimes more cons than pros, but recently I got the shock and surprise of my life and I want to make sure that no one gets to share my frustration and costly experience.

Let me first start by sharing my story and we’ll cover my mistakes as we go along…

I have been working on a social network for the internet and network marketing community for months now. In fact, it’s just gone way past the half year mark.

Trying to keep my spending below 5 figures, I did extensive research and found a few scripts that would integrate well together and keep the costs down. The trick of the project would be to integrate all the databases to work seemlessly as one.

So I placed my job with the usual outsourcing providers: elance, guru and scriptlance. Most of the outsourcing responses came from India, which is where I have done the majority of all my outsourcing jobs.

What I did right: Analyzed their history, facts and figures of outsourcing according to:
-    how many jobs have they done
-    what there percentage of positive comments were
-    there negative comments and if the the outsourced company was really at fault
-    How long they have been in business
-    How much money they have made with that particular outsource provider
-    There understanding of the english language by setting up Skype conversation with both the sales person and the project manager

The latter I took a step further and scheduled a webinar so that I could share my screen with diagrams, flow charts and mind maps.

Outsourcing Tip
:

Know what you want! Getting advice from outsourced companies are rare, you have to know exactly what you want and be specific to every single detail. It’s worth taking the extra time to spend on planning if it’s a large project to ensure that everything goes to plan.

Back to the webinar…

I explained the diagrams and explained our project to every last detail. I asked them if they would be able to do the job, they hesitatively said, yes. When I asked again, I got a confident yes. This was of course what I wanted to hear, so I was happy with the answer.

First BIG outsourcing mistake happened here…

They had no knowledge about the scripts that I was talking about. This is one thing that I should’ve checked and queried and made sure that they understood the scripts. When researching your company, there should be a list of there skills and skill level. Don’t go by that alone though, ask and dig deeper. Always make sure if the software you want to use will work and if they have the qualified experience with the technology.

… and the job was on the way!
The programmers got stuck right into it and I insisted in getting an update once a day and continued Skype conversations with the project manager.

But, not even a week into the job, THE PROJECT MANAGER WENT ON VACATION! The very guy who said it was all possible decided to take a long break.

Big Outsourcing Mistake 2

I didn’t record the webinar. The most vital information went missing. Now I had set myself up for a disaster and had to start explaining from scratch.

I continued to do screen recordings with camtasia and jingproject and having skype conversations. Sometimes via chat and other times by voice. The new project manager would always confirm “Yes, Yes, Yes” after everything I explained.

This was obviously not the case when I saw what was being done!

Outsourcing Tip
:

Outsourcing really puts your communication skills to the test. Explain what you want them to do by screen recording, right it down AND get them to explain it back to you! This is so important, read the last bit again: get them to explain it back to you! If only I did this, it would have saved me weeks of frustration.

Even MORE important:
Make sure that you copy ALL your commincation within the outsourcing providers workroom and private message boards. If you have a skype or other instant message conversation, copy this and paste it into the private message board so that you have proof of the conversation.

6 weeks into the job, practically a few days away from the official due date, the project manager informs me that the project won’t work. They cant do it! 6 weeks, my site is a mess, nothing works, I’ve let me blog readers and followers down and nothing works!

What to do?
Little to say my trust with this company was non existant and I decided to do the research myself (that can qualify for a tip, or at least do more research and get several more opinions!) I came up with several solutions but nothing satisfactory.

Finally, I found a solution and we were on the way. As of today, it’s close to 2 and a half months into the project. I would be to embarrased to share a link to my site as it is still a complete mess.

The Outsourcing Solution

Within this time of major hair loss and hours of screen recordings, I have found the outsourcing solution and I only wish it came to me sooner. Unless it’s something small, I sincerely doubt that I will ever use any outsourcing provider ever again.

I recently met Jon online who has a membership called Replace Myself. Replace Myself has a online training system setup and ready to go to outsource permanent workers within the Philippines.

My brain is slightly reluctant to try and explain more tasks to outsourced workers. Fortunately, Replace Myself has the training modules setup for your employees so that you don’t have to educate them on tasks. So other than projects like mine above, the systems are setup and ready to go.

In the meantime I have employed one person in the Philippines who does all my link building, remote blogs, article marketing and some work on social networks. I am about to employ another full time content writer and I can do this for just under $500 for both of them!

ReplaceMyself.com Banner

Furthermore, a full time php programmer would cost me in the range of $500-$600 per month.

I cant help but think that I could’ve been blessed with a full time outsourced worker in the Philippines  for way less money on my social networking project that I could also manage and improve the system on a continuous basis.

3 Components of SponsorDaddy’s Network Marketing System

May 5th, 2009 by George in Uncategorized · george fourie · mlm · mlm business · mlm prospecting system · mlm system · multi-level marketing · network marketer · network marketing · network marketing business · network marketing business online · network marketing business opportunity · network marketing system · sponsor daddy · sponsordaddy · No Comments

SponsorDaddy’s Network Marketing System consists of 3 main components. The first 2 are quite standard in comparison to other , but if ‘plug and play’ is what you are after and you need a simple platform which your team can duplicate without a programming degree, then SponsorDaddy just might be the match.

Most MLM prospecting systems have a website that leads with the industry by promoting a universal product that appeals to ALL network marketers. This can be either a system, ebook or another type of funded proposal.

What’s rare is finding a online MLM system which directs this traffic through to your primary network marketing business opportunity.

SponsorDaddy makes this easy with a website attached to your system which can easily be customized and tweaked to your liking.

Here are the 3 components of SponsorDaddy’s Network Marketing System:

1. SponsorDaddy Program Website (YourUsername.SponsorDaddy.net)

How many times have you spoken to a network marketer before about your business but all that they can do in reply is tell you about theirs? The discussion turns into a ‘My dog is better than your dog’ conversation that never seems to resolve into a win-win situation.

With SponsorDaddy you can skip that.

All you do is mention you have a universal marketing and prospecting system which has helped you tremendously in building your primary business and they might want to do the same. From here, you just need their name, email address and permission to send them an invitation to your SponsorDaddy primary website.

2. SponsorDaddy Marketer Website

When you are building your network marketing business online, how do you explain the lucrative business model to your prospects? Furthermore when they decide to join your business, how will they be explaining the business model to their prospects without any prior experience?

This is where the SponsorDaddy Marketer Website comes into play. This site explains Multi-Level Marketing, its benefits, tax advantages, etc and has a complete platform which is easy to customize where you can share your personal story with industry resources.

3. SponsorDaddy Backoffice

The backbone which makes the machine function. In the SponsorDaddy backoffice you can:

  • Get complete front to back training from the Automated System Trainer which explains each aspect of the system in detail so you don’t have to explain it to your new team members
  • Choose a different capture page for either of your sites, get a custom site designed for you personally or one you wish to password protect for your team
  • Use the tell-a-friend / tell-a-networker to add your new contacts and let the system do the work by inviting them to tour your websites while tracking to see which prospects are the most interested in your MLM business
  • Upload your own leads, purchase new ones or manage your existing propects by building a complete profile for each of your prospects
  • Stay in touch with your list by sending a broadcast through the autoresponder
  • Check the calendar for webinars with additional training and professional guest speakers

And a bunch more stuff with additional features being added as I type this. The movie above will give explain the 3 components of SponsorDaddy’s network marketing system in more detail. You can also watch it on my new Youtube channel if you like.

5 Ways to Keep Your Team in Network Marketing Buzzing

April 27th, 2009 by George in Uncategorized · a network marketing team · facebook groups · george fourie · mlm · mlm business · mlm tools · network marketing · network marketing facebook · network marketing teams · team in network marketing · team network marketing · twitter · No Comments

Team in Network MarketingNothing beats having a motivated team in network marketing who share their positive energy amongst each other on a daily basis. Never underestimate the power of the network marketing team. Energy is contagious and when you have team members that are in the zone and on fire, it can be the turning point for the new who is starting out and learning the ropes.

No doubt that the message above is an obvious fact. The problem is however that very few people are still building their MLM business traditionally or locally, so how do we spread the love and the energy when practicing internet and network marketing?

Most network marketers today hardly have team members in there home town or within driving distance from each other.

Technology is great and nothing beats working from the comfort of your home in shorts and shirt (my current and most frequent outfit). So how can we use all of todays tools to ensure that we strengthen relationships, keep the team motivated and make sure that everyone is connecting and helping each other?

Here are 5 tried and tested methods that keep your network marketing team in the zone and sharing the positive energy.

1.    Reply to all emails
This is an easy to manage system when your team is starting out. Keep everyone’s email addresses in the send or cc section and reply to all every time someone joins the team. Congratulate your new team member and bathe them with support.

2.    Create a Facebook group
It will only be a matter of time and your email system will become a headache to maintain. After all, it’s network marketing, so people do quit or move on. It can become time consuming to mange and update the email addresses. So why not start a Facebook group? Take this positive energy and congratulate new members on their wall or within the group. Now you’ve taken your team’s powerful energy public with Facebooks powerful newsfeed.

3.    Skype Conference calls and group chats
Skype has to be one of the most powerful MLM tools that ever hit the internet. It makes communication easy and best of all, it’s free. Host group calls or group chats with your team members. You can keep a group chat active at all times or schedule a set time every day for your team members to get on a conference. (By the way, if you make phone call around the globe, Skype has excellent call rates, provided that you have a broadband internet connection. I pay about $120 per year for 10,000 minutes worth of monthly calls!)

4.    Video Chat as often as you can
Speaking to your team members face to face strengthens relationships and builds trust. Plus, it’s a whole lot of fun. You can use Skype for this. Or, there is an excellent application called ooVoo which allows multiple people (up to 8) to chat all at once. My friend Gavin uses this quite often for interviews.

5.    Free conference line
Get a free conference line which you can use for conference calling with your team members. Free conference is the only one I’m aware of and it’s only available in the USA. Nevertheless, I use this frequently with my American team members and sometimes even with my local Australian team members. Why? Nothing beats the 10,000 free Skype minutes!

Lastly…

Twitter!

Twitter is really hot right now to stay in touch with people, build relationships and find great content and resources. You can have a private Twitter account for your team members only, or you can take parts of your conversation public to attract attention to your network marketing opportunity. If you are on twitter, please do follow me.

Massive success to your network marketing team building efforts!

About the speaking post experiment…

I recently purchased dragon naturally speaking. I’ve heard many people have great success with it, but right now I’m slightly battling with it. Then again, I’m trying to run a marathon before I’ve even taken one step. Just so excited to get it working and speaking parts of this post right now.

Actually, for some odd reason I just navigated away from this post and landed up at trafficswarm.com. Say what?? That’s probably the first site I ever visited online.

No idea!

There are so many embedded commands which I need to learn. This will take some work, but once mastered, I’m sure it’s going to be fantastic and time saving.

But as for the rest of this post, I think I’m going to seal my lips!

I will do a complete review once I have tested the software completely.

Back to the blog…

You might see things come and go quite frequently here as I test a lot of widgets and plugins to see how they might compliment the future community on thatMLMbeat.

So if things seem a little strange and out of place, I might just be doing another ‘normal’ experiment.

Within that said, if you find something that you like and it’s gone the next day, please leave me a comment or contact me and share your thoughts.

Thanks again for stopping by, let me get back to work. Talk to you soon.
